Shipping Policy

SHIPPING POLICY


Emerald City Products makes every effort to ensure that orders ship within 7 to 10 business days from the date of order. There are many factors which affect shipping and production schedules, however, and Emerald City Products makes no guarantees as to the timeliness of delivery.  Freight costs for fabric orders will be calculated and charged to customer at time of shipping.  Note: Due to its weight, Acoustifence does not ship via UPS.

RETURNS POLICY


The products sold by Emerald City Products may only be returned within 30 days in the event they are defective when received. Returns must be authorized by an appropriate Emerald City Products representative before return shipment. Customers are responsible for any shipping costs incurred to return defective merchandise. Items that are returned will be reviewed by the manufacturer to determine whether or not they are defective. If an item is judged to be defective it will be replaced with a similar item.
